Earlier this year, the full Harris Creative team headed out of the office for a full day workshop focused on honing our company’s values and crafting a mission statement that sums up what makes Harris Creative such a unique place to work.
After several weeks of fine-tuning and thanks to the insight and input of each of our colleagues, we’re proud to be able to unveil the Harris Creative values and mission statement which together form the foundation of everything that the company has built over its decades-long history.
Our mission statement gets to the heart of our purpose as a company:
This simple message encapsulated the way we work perfectly, whether that is with supplier, clients, or with our colleagues. We want to work with people, not for them, and we believe that trust and integrity underpin our whole ethos and allow us to deliver creative campaigns for our construction clients that truly help to achieve their goals.
Our values support this stance: flexibility and trust mean being trusted to do great work for our clients and each other, whilst being free to work in the way we know creates the right conditions for our creativity. We’re supportive of each other’s development, inside and outside of the workplace. Communication is key – we want everyone to feel listened to and heard, and to create an environment where everyone can speak their mind. And we operate with integrity, standing by our beliefs even if that means challenging others and breaking norms.
We’re proud of our culture at Harris Creative: it’s one of the things that our colleagues and clients consistently tell us makes us different from other marketing agencies, and we’re very happy to be able to set out our values publicly.
