TwoTwenty steps into social media marketing with Harris Creative

Founded in 2004, TwoTwenty designs and manufactures bespoke timber staircases tailored to meet the specific requirements of new build homes and renovation projects across the UK. The company has a reputation for quality and reliability thanks to its unwavering commitment to craftsmanship and customer service.

The social media marketing brief will see us help TwoTwenty in its goal of connecting with its core customer group of builders’ merchants, SME building companies, and specialist tradespeople by raising TwoTwenty’s profile on social media and communicating its top-notch service and high-quality product offering.

Our team is supporting TwoTwenty with its social media marketing strategy, including offering guidance on how the brand presents itself visually across its customer-facing social channels and benchmarking against competitors. We will also fully manage TwoTwenty’s social media accounts, including content creation and community management across LinkedIn and Facebook.
