Celebrating six years of Senior’s Aluminium Day!

As well as helping our clients engage with industry awareness days that are relevant to their businesses, we are proud to support our client Senior Architectural Systems in hosting its very own special annual event – Aluminium Day!

Now in its sixth consecutive year, Aluminium Day took place on Thursday 13th March and involves the creative take-over of Senior’s social media channels. Inviting contributions from companies in the fenestration, construction and wider manufacturing industries, Aluminium Day aims to celebrate the versatility and sustainability of one of the world’s most abundant metals and the companies that work with it. The 2025 event focused on the unique properties of aluminium, and the importance of fostering positive relationships within the supply chain to drive innovation in both product development and sustainable practices.

Since its inception in 2019, Aluminium Day has grown in popularity and every year our PR and social media teams play a key role in developing themed content, raising awareness and managing the various social media discussions. Hosted across all of Senior’s social media platforms, with a particular focus on LinkedIn, the 2025 campaign was a great success with a high daily engagement rate of 7.8% and nearly 4,000 organic impressions. The #AluminumDay hashtag was also used 37 times on the day across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and X.

Plans are already underway for next year’s event on March 13th 2026 so make a note and save the date!
