We’ve been appointed by nationwide apprenticeship training provider and registered charity JTL as its brand and creative partner following a competitive pitch process.
JTL has chosen us to elevate its visual branding and build presence across the charity’s digital channels, including its social media platforms. Working with 8,000 apprentices and 3,800 employers, JTL offers building services engineering apprenticeships to trainee electricians and plumbing and heating engineers through its 16 dedicated training centres.
JTL saw our deep understanding of the construction employer market as a positive point of difference, as the charity’s campaigns must appeal to those seeking to employ apprentices as much as to those looking to start their careers.

Our team will support JTL’s outreach to potential apprentices and employers alike, communicating JTL’s position as a leading training provider and its unique offering of a dedicated training officer for every apprentice.
Commenting on the partnership with its new agency, Kirsty Morris, Head of Public Affairs, Communications and Marketing at JTL, said: “We were impressed with Harris Creative’s approach to elevating our key messages, and the team’s ability to fundamentally grasp our core audience of both employers looking to take on apprentice plumbers and electricians as well as those who are seeking to launch their careers in the trades by starting an apprenticeship.
“Harris Creative has a good understanding of what how to appeal to both of our audience groups, and we’re excited to see what we can achieve together throughout 2026.”
Our joint managing director, Neil Craven, said: “The work JTL does is essential to the continued success of the construction sector, with shrinking the skills gap top of the agenda for the industry.
“From our first meeting, we felt we could deliver the type of engaging and striking assets that JTL needs to capture attention from prospective apprentices and employers, and we’re very happy to be working alongside the in-house marketing team to bring their campaigns to life.”
