What we mean by AI
We use “AI” to refer to tools including, but not limited to, ChatGPT, Microsoft CoPilot, Jasper, Canvas AI, Adobe Suite and more that are being used to help generate content, create or modify images, or support data analysis.
How we use AI
We may use AI to:
- Brainstorm campaign and content ideas and prepare first drafts
- Summarise technical information into user-friendly format
- Support SEO and keyword research
- Feed visual inspiration
- Make simple amends to graphics and images in visual assets
- Assist with research and problem-solving
- Support reporting
Our AI principles:
- Privacy and confidentiality: We do not insert personal, sensitive, or client-protected data into open-source AI systems such as ChatGPT. All materials and data involving confidential information are handled securely.
- Human input and oversight is essential: Every piece of AI-assisted content is reviewed, refined, and approved by a member of our team before it reaches a client or the public.
- Transparency: If AI has played a meaningful role in final deliverables, we’ll let you know.
- Honesty: We’re committed to building trust and being honest with our clients and audience about AI use.

Why it’s important to us
