Our content plans, including visual elements, are built around the central content pillars, meaning that we never stray from our goals and keep the focus on what we know works for TwoTwenty’s audience.

Climbing to the next level

The impact of our social media management is clear: TwoTwenty’s LinkedIn followers have more than tripled in the eight months since we took over management of the channel, and engagement rate on the page has similarly increased three-fold.

This is particularly impressive given that our current strategy is based on organic social media management only. That means that the channels growth isn’t down to sponsored posts or advertising: it is entirely on the merit of the content and community management.

But we know that social media stats only tell part of the story. And there’s evidence of the success of our strategy elsewhere too, with a significant increase in visits to TwoTwenty’s website since we began working together. In particular, there has been a rise in first time visitors to the website, indicating that we are reaching new potential customers and giving them a reason to seek the company out online.

We’re delighted that follower numbers are climbing ever higher, and engagement remains strong among TwoTwenty’s core B2B audience.
