UK Construction Week – a recap

Four members of the Harris team turned out in force at the first ever UK Construction Week in Birmingham recently, delivering a number of services to two clients exhibiting there.

Senior Architectural Systems was showcasing its new PURe window system, with Jim and Brett undertaking video duties, while Karla and Guy were there to provide PR support for Gx Glass and its stunning Glaze pavilion.

The little-and-large PR duo oversaw a number of editor meetings with Gx Glass, ensuring the brand received its fair share of coverage in post-show reviews.

The show bills itself as the biggest trade event for professionals working in every aspect of residential and commercial construction, planning and design. It’s clearly got a battle on its hands to rival the behemoth that is Ecobuild so we’ll be watching with interest to see how it fares next year, but it’s off to a strong start.
