We love receiving good news here at Harris, so we’re delighted to announce that we’ve been shortlisted for three 2018 CIPR PRide awards!
We’re thrilled to have been shortlisted for Outstanding Small PR Consultancy in the Yorkshire and Lincolnshire region, which was based on a number of factors including a performance analysis based on our objectives, our business strategy, our commitment to professionalism and the campaigns we have worked on. It also comes as a result of gaining six new clients in the space of nine months, as well as our excellent relationships with existing clients.
Our work for Washroom Washroom’s ‘In the Men’s Room’ campaign has earned us recognition in the Integrated Campaign category. The campaign highlighted the difficult subject of men’s health, which can be especially taboo for those working in the construction industry. We designed a series of eye-catching graphics to encourage men to talk about mental health and provide important information on men’s health, which were widely shared on social media throughout November along with the hashtag #InTheMensRoom. As well as increasing awareness, the campaign raised over £1,200 to support global men’s health charity the Movember Foundation.
And finally, we’re incredibly proud of our recently-promoted senior social media executive Ruth for being shortlisted for Outstanding Young Communicator, in recognition of acting as social media manager while Karla was on maternity leave, during which time she helped to secure new clients. The shortlisting also reflects Ruth’s excellent work on the Arbordexperts social media campaign for our client Arbordeck, which was so successful that it was relaunched this year as The Arbordexperts Installer Awards in partnership with Pro Landscaper magazine and Trex.
We’re delighted to have been recognised for all our hard work as an agency and team, as well as individuals. We can’t wait for the awards ceremony in November, and we’ll be sure to keep you updated on the results!
